The blades in the dark follow the story of four friends with divergent ambitions. Three are young entrepreneurs led to smuggling liquidity in Tirana, Albania, with plans to transform a bunker from the forgotten war era on the outskirts of the city into a new trendy restaurant. The fourth, however, is a desperate man willing to do everything you need to settle a dangerous debt with a boss of a ruthless local mafia. While the group is driven one by one, the frightening history of the sawmill begins to collapse, revealing a twisted story of violence, revenge and madness. Without escape and nowhere to hide, friends must face their deepest fears and reconstruct the truth before becoming the next victims.
